What to write

• Which App it is about: its name, or its address on basemodo.app.
• What you did, and what happened instead.
• The error as Basemodo gave it. Its code and the fix it named help us most.

Write from the address you sign in to Basemodo with, so we find your account. Never send a password or an API key. Basemodo never asks for one.

From your agent or your terminal

Ask your agent to tell Basemodo what went wrong: it sends your words with its feedback tool. In a terminal, run basemodo feedback. Both reach the same people, and we answer you by email.

• Your personal data and your rights over it: privacy@basemodo.com.
• A copyright claim: copyright@basemodo.com.
• A vulnerability in Basemodo itself: security@basemodo.com. Write the steps to reproduce it, and never test against other people's Apps. Try it on an App of your own.
