Subprocessors

Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE] · Version 2026-10-16

To provide the Service, Konnectia USA LLC ("Basemodo") uses the providers below. Each processes personal data only to do its part of the Service for us, under a written contract that holds it to data protection obligations at least as protective as our Data Processing Agreement. This list is part of that agreement, and ourPrivacy Policy says what personal data we hold and why.

1. Subprocessors

ProviderWhat it does for BasemodoCountry
StripeSells the Plans through Link, as the merchant of record: checkout, the card on file, the monthly subscription, its receipts and Invoices and their emails, and the taxes on them.United States
ResendSends the emails Basemodo sends: sign-in links, invitations, notices about your Apps and Plan.United States
Fly.ioRuns Basemodo's control plane and its database, which hold accounts, Apps' settings, their Secrets, and their Logs' latest minutes.United States
VercelServes basemodo.com (the website, the docs and the web app) and passes the API's requests to the control plane.United States
CloudflareAnswers DNS for basemodo.com and for basemodo.app, the addresses Apps are reached at, and looks up the records of the domains Owners verify.United States
phoenixNAPThe servers Basemodo operates where Apps and their builds run, where Apps' data is stored, and where their Backups and Logs are kept.United States
Let's EncryptIssues the certificates of Custom Domains. It sees the domain names only.United States

2. Sign-in providers

When you sign in with Google or GitHub, or install Basemodo's GitHub App to deploy a repository, that company acts on its own account, under its own terms and privacy policy, not on ours. It is an independent controller, not a subprocessor: it tells us your verified email address and your account's id (and, for GitHub, the repositories you let us read), and you choose whether to use it.

3. Basemodo's team

Basemodo's team works from Colombia. The people who run and support the Service reach the data above from there, only as their work needs it and under a duty of confidentiality. Every action an Operator takes on an account or an App is recorded.

4. Changes to this list

Before a new subprocessor processes personal data for us, we update this page and email every Owner at least 30 days ahead, saying who it is, what it will do and in which country. An Owner may object, on reasonable data protection grounds, by writing to privacy@basemodo.com within those 30 days. We will then look for a solution with you in good faith; if we find none, you may end your Plan before the change applies to you, and we refund what you prepaid for the time after it. When a provider fails and we must replace it urgently to keep the Service running, we tell you as soon as we can, and the same right to object applies.
