Every Plan includes sign-in for visitors, a database, Backups, cron, Logs and Secrets. Apps sleep when nobody uses them and wake on the next visit.
Paying
- Is anything metered?
- No. Every Plan is a flat price with hard limits. An App that reaches one pauses or has its Deploy refused, with a message saying which limit and what to do. It never produces a charge.
- How does the Trial work?
- A new account starts on Starter with seven days and no card. When the Trial ends without one, your App pauses and its data is kept for 30 days. Adding a card resumes it where it was.
- What does a Workspace count as a seat?
- Each person who joined the Workspace, Admins and Members alike. People you invite to a single App are not seats, and never pay.
- Can I change Plans?
- Yes, at any time from the billing page. An upgrade applies at once and charges the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade credits it to your next invoices.
